The Mayor of Glendale, Arizona, Elaine Scruggs, has received 2 free tickets to Super Bowl XLII. Originally all Valley politicians were offered Super Bowl tickets at a minimum of $700 each, which is far less than fans will pay on the secondary ticket market.
