I just posted an Inside NFL video clip of Dan Marino releasing some pent up anger after messing up his lines. It is safe to say that being considered one of the greatest NFL quarterbacks to ever live who made NFL Super Bowl history not for winning but for never sealing the deal is something that will haunt him until the grave. During a 2005 taping of Inside NFL, Peyton Manning is brought into debate over whether or not he will be able to perform in the Super Bowl with so much pressure on his back.

Boomer, one of the broadcasters then compares the pressure Peyton Manning was feeling at the time to Dan Marino never receiving a ring. Dan laughs it off but then you can see the anger building as he justifies his reasoning to why he is not on the long list of Super Bowl winners. He raises his pointer finger and assures his co-hosts that he made the Super Bowl before a host sitting next to him says that Marino was missing the defensive help during his chance to make Super Bowl history. The last seconds of Marino’s face are priceless.
